  • At 11:00 a.m., Yogacharyas and revered saints will give talks.
  • From 12:30 to 1:30, you can eat a traditional Indian lunch.
  • Short time to rest
  • From 3:30 to 5:00, there is a yoga class.
  • Evening Ganga Aarti is from 6 to 7 o’clock.
  • Dinner at 7:00 p.m.
